No, this gown is made of high-quality silk and must be professionally dry cleaned to preserve the integrity of the material.
Silk is a natural fiber and can wrinkle, especially during travel. It is recommended to steam the gown once you arrive at your destination.
Due to the delicate nature and color of the silk, seamless, nude-toned undergarments are highly recommended to ensure a smooth, invisible finish.
Store it in a breathable cloth garment bag, away from direct sunlight or humidity, to prevent fabric degradation.
While it can be worn outdoors, be mindful of the white silk fabric near ground surfaces, grass, or spilled beverages to avoid permanent staining.
Use a professional garment steamer on the lowest setting, keeping the nozzle at least six inches away from the silk to avoid water spots.
Do not pull the snag. Take the gown to a professional tailor or textile repair specialist to have the thread carefully woven back into the weave.
To ensure your gown lasts, always hang it on a high-quality padded hanger to prevent shoulder stretching or fabric distortion. Due to the fine silk material, avoid wearing sharp jewelry that could snag the threads. Storage should be in a cool, dark, and dry place within a breathable garment bag to protect against dust and yellowing. Always consult a professional dry cleaner experienced with silk garments for any cleaning needs.
