FAQs
Can I remove the cover to machine wash it?
No, the cover is fixed to the structure of the pouffe and is not designed to be removed. It must be spot cleaned only.
Is the pouffe firm enough to sit on?
Yes, it is generously filled with polystyrene beads to ensure it remains compact and sturdy enough to function as an occasional seat.
What are the dimensions of the pouffe?
The pouffe measures 50cm in width and 35cm in height.
Can this be used as a coffee table?
Yes, its flat top design allows it to function effectively as a makeshift coffee table, particularly if used with a stable tray.
Are there other colours available?
Yes, the Grace Pleated Velvet collection is available in sage green, dusky pink, and grey.
Troubleshooting
The pouffe has developed a small indentation from heavy items.
Gently massage and shift the polystyrene beads inside the pouffe to redistribute the filling and restore the shape.
Spilled liquid on the velvet cover.
Blot the area immediately with a clean, lint-free cloth. Do not rub, as this can damage the velvet pile. Use a gentle spot-cleaning solution if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use. To maintain the appearance of the velvet, avoid placing the pouffe in direct, prolonged sunlight to prevent colour fading. Since the cover is not removable, any spills should be addressed immediately by blotting with a clean, dry cloth. For deeper stains, perform a spot clean using a mild detergent and a damp cloth, taking care not to soak the inner filling. It pairs exceptionally well with other items from the Homescapes velvet collection, such as their matching Grace cushions or velvet throws, to create a cohesive interior design theme.
