The OHS Accent Rectangle Shelf is designed for homeowners and renters looking to maximize wall space without sacrificing aesthetic appeal. It offers a sleek, minimalist storage solution for books, plants, and decorative accents, effectively helping to organize small rooms or create eye-catching feature walls. While its neutral beige finish complements most interiors, potential users should note that as a floating shelf, it is best suited for lightweight decorative items rather than heavy storage loads.

The OHS Accent Rectangle Shelf measures 61 x 13 x 6cm.
Please check your package contents, but generally, it is recommended to use wall-specific fixings (screws/anchors) suited for your wall type.
The shelf comes in a finished beige; while it can be customized, altering the surface may void any return policies.
The shelf is designed for decorative accessories and lightweight essentials. Avoid placing heavy items like large hardback book collections or heavy kitchen appliances on it.
While it can be used in many rooms, ensure it is not placed in areas with direct water contact or extreme humidity to preserve the material.
Check the mounting brackets with a spirit level and adjust the screws as necessary to ensure it is perfectly horizontal.
Verify that the mounting hardware is fully tightened and that the wall anchors are appropriate for your specific wall material.
Installation requires standard wall-mounting hardware appropriate for your specific wall type (e.g., drywall anchors for plasterboard or masonry screws for brick). Before mounting, ensure you use a spirit level to guarantee the shelf sits flush and straight. For compatibility, the beige finish pairs well with white, grey, or pastel wall colors. To care for your shelf, wipe it down periodically with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or excessive water, as these may damage the finish over time. Periodically check the mounting screws to ensure they remain tight against the wall surface.
