The HOMCOM Drop-Leaf Folding Dining Table is an ideal solution for residents of compact apartments, studios, or small breakfast nooks who need to balance daily functionality with occasional space constraints. Its primary benefit is the three-stage folding mechanism that allows the table to transition from a full dining surface to a slim console, though users should note that the unit requires assembly and does not include chairs.

The table has a maximum weight capacity of 30kg. It is suitable for dining items but should not be used to support heavy appliances like large microwaves or ovens.
No, this product is for the dining table only; chairs must be purchased separately.
The table is designed to seat between 2 and 4 people, depending on how many leaves are extended.
You will generally need a standard screwdriver. All necessary hardware and assembly instructions are provided in the box.
This table is designed for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight may damage the finish and structural integrity.
Check that all support legs or frames are locked into their correct position and ensure the floor is level.
Ensure no dust or debris is trapped in the hinges and verify that screws are not over-tightened.
Clean with a soft, microfiber cloth and a dedicated wood-safe polish to restore the sheen.
Assembly of the table requires standard household tools and should be performed on a flat, protected surface to avoid scratching the black finish. Ensure all fasteners are tightened securely to maintain the 30kg weight limit. For routine maintenance, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive chemicals or excessive moisture, which can damage the wood-based finish over time. Periodically check the folding hinges to ensure they remain lubricated and free from debris.
