While the Nutri-Developer formula contains nourishing agents, 30 volume is a high-strength developer. It is best suited for clients with healthy, resilient hair. A professional consultation and strand test are crucial to determine suitability, especially for finer, weaker, or previously compromised hair.
No, L'Oréal Paris Blond Studio Nutri-Developer 30 Volume is intended for professional salon use only. Its strength requires expert knowledge of application techniques, timing, and hair assessment to ensure safety and achieve desired results without damaging the hair.
The volume number indicates the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. 20 volume developer lifts hair 1-2 levels and is generally gentler, while 30 volume developer lifts hair 2-3 levels and provides more significant lift, but also carries a higher risk of damage if not used correctly.
Processing time varies greatly depending on the client's hair type, color history, and the desired level of lift. Always conduct a strand test first. Never exceed the maximum recommended processing time stated for the specific lightener product you are using.
This developer is specifically formulated to work optimally with the L'Oréal Professionnel Blond Studio range of lighteners and bleaches for predictable and safe results.
Product formulations can change, and specific ingredient lists are best found on the product packaging or the manufacturer's official documentation. It is always recommended to perform a patch test 48 hours prior to application for any new hair color product.
Keep the bottle tightly sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Ensure the cap is properly secured to maintain the product's efficacy and prevent oxidation.
Ensure thorough saturation of the hair during application. Check that the mixing ratio was precise and the mixture was applied evenly. Perform a strand test first to determine optimal timing.
This can indicate over-processing. Ensure correct mixing ratios and processing times. Rinse thoroughly and follow with a deep conditioning treatment or bond-repairing product. For future applications, consider a lower volume developer or shorter processing time.
Verify that the developer has not expired and has been stored correctly. Ensure you are using a compatible L'Oréal Blond Studio lightener. Mix thoroughly until a smooth, consistent texture is achieved.
This could be due to improper storage (e.g., extreme temperatures). Ensure the product is stored as recommended. If significant changes are observed, discontinue use.
