The UniversalDose drawer is designed for PODS capsules, activating them faster for enhanced stain removal in cold and quick washes.

You can use liquid detergent, powder detergent, or PODS capsules. Follow the detergent manufacturer's instructions for the correct dosage.

It is recommended to clean the drain filter every 2-3 months or when you notice the machine is not draining properly.

Check if the washing machine is properly plugged in and that the power outlet is working. Ensure the door is closed correctly.

Make sure the water supply tap is fully open. Check for kinks in the inlet hose.

Check the drain hose for any blockages or kinks. Clean the drain filter located at the bottom of the machine.
