The Sloomy Langston Divan Set is designed for individuals seeking a stylish and supportive sleep solution, particularly those who value handcrafted quality and customizable aesthetics. Its primary benefit is the stable platform-top base, ensuring even mattress support for a comfortable night's sleep. A potential caveat is its single-sided mattress design, meaning it cannot be flipped for rotation, which may affect long-term wear depending on usage.

The platform-top base provides a consistently even and supportive surface for your mattress, preventing sagging and extending the mattress's lifespan compared to slatted bases.
No, the mattress is single-sided and designed to be used on one side only. You should rotate it from end to end periodically for even wear, but it cannot be flipped.
Sloomy offers four fabric collections: Plush Velvet, Naples, Coniston, and Dumfries. Consider the texture, color, and durability of each to best match your bedroom's aesthetic and your personal preferences.
The mattress comes with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee. The divan base and headboard are handcrafted for durability.
Yes, some assembly is required, typically involving attaching the gliders to the base and securing the headboard. Full instructions are provided with the product.
A 26-inch strutted headboard is included as standard with elegant fluted panels.
For general cleaning, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. For specific stains, refer to the fabric care guide or use a specialized upholstery cleaner suitable for the fabric type.
Ensure all connecting parts of the base are securely fastened. Check that the chrome gliders are fully screwed in and level. If the floor is uneven, you may need to adjust the gliders or place a thin shim underneath.
Verify that the headboard struts are securely attached to the divan base using the provided screws. Ensure the screws are tightened firmly but do not overtighten.
Rotate the mattress end-to-end every 2-3 months to ensure even wear. Ensure the mattress is placed correctly on the platform-top base with the non-slip side down. If the issue persists after rotation, it may indicate the mattress has reached the end of its useful life.
Consult the specific fabric care instructions provided with your set. Generally, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap for minor spots, blotting gently. For significant stains, professional upholstery cleaning may be required.
