This hard-wearing hall runner is made from 100% Polypropylene with a 7.2mm thickness, making it durable and ideal for high-traffic areas like hallways, kitchens, landings, and conservatories. Its needle punch construction and tightly woven design make it virtually indestructible, perfect for homes with kids or pets. The anti-slip latex gel backing provides safe, waterproof, and rot-proof protection on hard floors such as wood, vinyl, or ceramic tiles. Available in lengths from 150cm to 600cm and widths from 60cm to 80cm, it is low-maintenance, UV-resistant, anti-static, and moth-proof. Stain-resistant and easy to clean, it stands up to everyday wear while allowing quick spill cleanup. This hall carpet runner is made using needle punch technique. A needle punched carpet is manufacturing process that involves lots of short staple fibres being stuck together whilst punched with a barbed needle, hence the name needle punched. Typically, this type of carpet is used in offices, schools, airports etc. It has very little that can go wrong with it, they do not pull or snag, nor do they tread down or flatten.The pile of this carpet runner is extremely durable and will not flatten down as there is no pile to do so. Due to the cleverly woven construction of this pile, this is great for pets as the runner is pretty much indestructible. It has been classified as a heavy domestic product, this means that it is suitable in high traffic areas in all domestic locations, especially the hallway.This floor runner has a latex, gel backing. It is the gel backing that makes this runner non slip and allowing it to not move on hard flooring such as Wood, Vinyl or Ceramic tiles. It is also anti slip on carpet but the effectiveness depends on the thickness of the carpet it is sat on. The thicker the carpet, the less effective it will be. Whilst being non slip, the backing is also 100% waterproof and rot proof. This ensures that the carpet will not shrink or wrinkle once it dries out from being wet. This carpet runner is ideal for hallways, kitchens and caravans.
