Troubleshooting
Sofa or table wobbles
Check that all screws and bolts are securely tightened. Ensure the furniture is placed on a level surface.
Cushion covers are stained
Remove covers and spot clean with a mild soap and water solution. For tougher stains, check the care label for machine washing instructions.
Frame appears dull or dirty
Wipe down the aluminium frame with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a non-abrasive household cleaner specifically designed for metal.
Water pooling on cushion covers after light rain
Ensure covers are properly fitted. While water-repellent, prolonged exposure or heavy downpours may saturate them. Allow cushions to air dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area.

Compatibility:
This set is designed for outdoor use on flat, stable surfaces such as patios, decks, or lawns. It is compatible with most outdoor environments but should not be placed directly in areas that experience heavy rainfall or standing water.
