This hob is compatible with G20 (2H) 20 mbar gas. Refer to the product specifications for exact requirements.

The cast iron pan supports can be washed in warm, soapy water. Ensure they are thoroughly dried before replacing them on the hob.

If the flame goes out, the thermocouple safety device will cut off the gas supply. Turn off the burner control and wait a few minutes before attempting to relight the burner.

Use cookware with a flat base for optimal heat transfer. Ensure the cookware diameter is suitable for the burner size.

This product comes with a 2-year warranty for peace of mind.

The control knobs are located at the top front of the hob.

Check the gas supply and ensure the burner cap is correctly positioned. Clean the burner ports if blocked. If the issue persists, consult a qualified technician.

Adjust the StepPower control to the desired heat level. If the flame is still not correct, check the gas pressure.

Ensure the cookware is flat-bottomed and sits flush on the pan supports. Clean the burner ports if blocked.

Immediately turn off the gas supply and ventilate the kitchen. Check all burner controls are off and contact a qualified gas technician.
