While they can be used indoors, they are primarily designed for outdoor play on grass or artificial turf. Indoor surfaces may cause accelerated wear on the outer material.

Periodically check the inflation pressure. If needed, use a standard football pump with a suitable needle to inflate the ball to its recommended pressure.
