Simply mark your worktop, insert the pins, use the 'SITELINE' window to set the jig, and cut. It's designed for ease of use, making worktop cutting quicker and more precise. The laser-engraved markings ensure clear setup and front edge datum points. Its compact design facilitates easy transportation and storage, with minimal peg holes for user convenience. This jig can cut both male and female mason mitres in minutes and is CNC machined from High Pressure Laminate for durability and accuracy. It is designed, manufactured, and patented in the UK. The KWJ600 cuts worktops up to 40mm thick and has a 635mm cut length, suitable for most worktop widths. It features a sight line perspex window for perfect cutting alignment, a 3/4in BSP for mixer taps and door hinges, and a Dog Bone aperture for creating recesses for worktop bolts. The jig comes with 2 x ABS Plastic Pins.
