The pump is designed for clear to slightly contaminated water and can handle solid particles up to 5 mm. For larger particles, it is strongly recommended to use the included stainless steel pre-filter.
This pump is best suited for clear or slightly contaminated water. For heavily soiled water or sewage, a different type of pump designed for such applications would be more appropriate.
The pump features a continuously adjustable level sensor. In automatic mode, it starts the pump when it comes into contact with water. When the support feet are unfolded, it can start at a water level of 7 mm. It also allows for dry pumping down to 1 mm.

After use, rinse the pump with clean water. Periodically check the intake and pre-filter for debris and clean as necessary. Store in a frost-free location.
Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the water level is sufficient to trigger the sensor (1 mm in manual/auto dry pump, or 7 mm in auto with feet unfolded). Verify the mode switch is set correctly.
Check the intake and the pre-filter (if attached) for blockages. Ensure the discharge hose is not kinked or obstructed. Verify the delivery height does not exceed the maximum limit of 9 meters.
This is normal operation as the sensor activates/deactivates based on water level. If it stops and starts excessively with still a significant water level, check for obstructions around the sensor or intake.
Turn off and unplug the pump immediately. Check for debris lodged in the impeller or intake area. Ensure the pump is stable and not vibrating excessively against surfaces.
