Place the earbuds inside the charging case. The case then charges the earbuds. You can charge the case itself using the included USB-C cable.

The earbuds provide up to 6 hours of playtime on a single charge. The charging case provides an additional three charges, extending the total playtime.

The earbuds feature smart touch controls. You can tap the earbuds to play/pause music, answer/reject calls, and skip tracks.

These earbuds are designed for children. However, adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger children, to ensure proper usage and to prevent the risk of choking hazards with the small parts.

Unfortunately, you cannot purchase a replacement single earbud. You would need to purchase a new set of earbuds.

The earbuds have a wireless range of up to 10 meters (approximately 33 feet).

Make sure the earbuds are charged in the charging case and that the case is charged. Try resetting the earbuds by placing them back in the charging case and closing it for a few seconds.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Try forgetting the earbuds in your Bluetooth settings and then re-pairing them. Make sure the earbuds are within the 10-meter range of your device.

Ensure the earbuds are properly fitted in the ears. Try cleaning the eartips. Make sure that the volume is turned up on both the earbuds and your device.

Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then take them out again. Ensure both earbuds are paired in the Bluetooth settings.
