This ProDec Extension Pole is designed for DIY enthusiasts and professional painters tackling smooth interior surfaces like walls and ceilings. Its key benefit is providing extended reach for up to 9" rollers, making high or difficult areas more accessible. A minor caveat is its optimal performance on smooth surfaces, potentially less effective on heavily textured walls. The pole features a lightweight, two-section steel construction with a quick twist-lock mechanism for secure length adjustment.

The pole is designed for standard paint rollers (up to 9") and is not intended for heavy-duty applications. Specific weight limits are not provided, but it's built for typical interior painting tasks.
While durable, this pole is optimized for smooth interior surfaces. Exterior surfaces may have different requirements, and prolonged exposure to weather conditions is not recommended.
Wipe the pole with a damp cloth after each use to remove paint residue. Allow it to dry completely before storing.
The pole adjusts from 3'6" (107cm) up to 6'6" (198cm).
Yes, the push-fit adapter can be removed to reveal a universal screw fitting, allowing for compatibility with a wider range of roller frames.
It is ideal for smooth interior surfaces such as walls and ceilings.
To extend, loosen the collar, slide the pole sections to the desired length, and then tighten the collar to lock it securely in place.
Ensure the locking collar is fully loosened. Clean any paint or debris from the inner and outer pole sections.
Check that the locking collar is tightened sufficiently. Inspect the collar and pole threads for damage or debris.
Verify you are using the correct fitting (universal screw or push-fit adapter). Ensure the adapter is fully seated if using it. Check the roller frame's attachment point for damage.
Ensure the pole is fully extended and securely locked at the desired length. For maximum stability, avoid extending the pole to its absolute maximum length if not necessary.
