Product Information
Full details
The Allure 5-Light Multi-Drop Pendant is designed for homeowners and interior designers seeking a sophisticated, contemporary focal point for dining rooms, stairwells, or high-ceiling living areas. This fixture provides a warm, ambient glow through its five textured spherical shades, offering a seamless blend of modern aesthetic and functional lighting. While its stunning visual impact is perfect for making a statement, potential buyers should note that the integrated LED technology means the light source is not user-replaceable, requiring the entire lamp unit to be serviced should a diode fail.

FAQs
Can I replace the LED bulbs if they burn out?
No, the LEDs are integrated into the fixture and are not designed to be replaced by the user.
What is the colour temperature of the lights?
The fixture emits a warm white light at 3000K.
Is this pendant suitable for a bathroom?
No, this fixture is intended for dry indoor locations and should not be installed in bathrooms or areas with high moisture.
Does the fixture come with a dimmer switch?
No, the fixture is dimmable-ready, but you must provide your own compatible LED dimmer switch.
Can I adjust the height of the pendants?
The fixture is designed with a specific multi-drop look; while some adjustments may be possible during professional installation, it is intended to maintain its factory-configured aesthetic.
Troubleshooting
The light is flickering when dimmed
Ensure that your wall dimmer switch is compatible with integrated LED fixtures; older incandescent-only dimmers are often the cause.
One of the five lights is not turning on
Check the connections within the central canopy to ensure no wires have become loose during installation. If all wires are secure, the internal LED driver or module may be faulty and require professional inspection.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation of the Allure 5-Light Multi-Drop Pendant should be handled by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and proper ceiling support, given the weight of the five-light array. Ensure your ceiling box can support the weight of the fixture before proceeding with mounting.
Compatibility
- Dimming: Must be paired with an LED-compatible dimmer switch to prevent flickering.
- Environment: Rated for indoor, dry-location use only; avoid installation in high-humidity areas like bathrooms.
Care Instructions
- Cleaning: Wipe the metal components with a soft, lint-free cloth. Use a dry or slightly damp cloth for the spherical shades to avoid streaking the textured surface.
- Maintenance: Periodically check that all canopy connections are secure to prevent swaying.
