Compatibility:
This tool is designed for manual marking and measurement. It is compatible with standard marking tools such as pencils and marking knives. Its measurements are in millimetres and degrees, aligning with common woodworking and construction standards.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the blade and stock with a dry or slightly damp cloth after use to remove dust and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the sliding bevel in a dry place, ideally in a tool pocket or a dedicated tool holder, to prevent damage and corrosion. Ensure the blade is retracted or secured when not in use.
- Lubrication: Periodically, a small drop of light oil may be applied to the sliding mechanism if it becomes stiff, but ensure it is wiped clean afterwards.
