Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Air Compressor Connection: Connect a 3/8" air hose to the saw and then to a compatible air compressor. Ensure the compressor can deliver 90psi (6.2bar).
- Blade Installation: Select the appropriate blade and install it securely according to the manufacturer's instructions. The saw comes supplied with two blades.
- Adjust Work Guard: Adjust the work guard to control the cutting depth, if needed.
- Safety Check: Before use, ensure all connections are secure and the work area is clear.
To ensure the longevity of the tool:
- Regular Cleaning: Wipe down the saw after each use to remove debris.
- Lubrication: Periodically apply a few drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet to keep the internal components lubricated.
- Blade Inspection: Regularly inspect the blades for wear and tear, and replace them as needed.
