Troubleshooting

Headboard is wobbly

Ensure the headboard struts are securely attached to both the headboard and the divan base using the provided screws. Tighten all connections firmly.

Base makes squeaking noises

Check that all legs or castors are securely fastened to the divan base. Sometimes, loosening and re-tightening these can resolve squeaks. Ensure the bed is on a level surface.

Difficulty attaching headboard

Verify that you are using the correct screw holes on both the headboard and the base. Ensure the headboard is aligned correctly before attempting to secure it.

Fabric appears soiled

Gently clean the affected area with a soft cloth lightly dampened with a mild fabric cleaner. Blot the stain carefully and allow it to air dry. Always test cleaners on an inconspicuous area first.
