Troubleshooting
Dice appear to be unbalanced or roll unfairly.
Ensure the dice are rolled on a flat, stable surface. Uneven surfaces can affect random outcomes. Also, check for any visible damage to the dice.
Digits are difficult to read.
The beige digits are designed for legibility. If you are experiencing difficulty, try playing in a well-lit area or use a light source to illuminate the dice during rolls.
Scratches or chips on dice surface.
This can occur with regular use. Store dice carefully in a pouch or case when not in use to minimize contact with abrasive surfaces. Minor cosmetic damage does not typically affect gameplay.
