Silverline Toolpak Diamond Core Drill Extension Bar - 200mm

The primary function is to extend the drilling depth of your core drill setup by an additional 200mm.

The extension bar is compatible with 1/2" BSP core drill arbors.

Screw the extension bar onto your 1/2" BSP arbor.

While it is possible to use multiple extension bars, be mindful of the overall length and stability of your setup, and the capacity of your drill.

The extension bar itself does not determine the material that can be drilled, this is determined by the core drill bit. Choose the appropriate core drill for the material you intend to drill (e.g., brick, concrete, etc.).

Clean the extension bar after each use, remove debris, and store it in a dry location.

Stop drilling immediately. Check for obstructions or binding. Use appropriate tools to carefully remove the drill, ensuring safety precautions are taken.

The extension bar is designed for standard use. For very heavy-duty applications, ensure you check the specifications and suitability for your task.

Ensure the arbor is a 1/2" BSP fitting. Check the threads on both the arbor and extension bar for damage.

Verify you are using the correct core drill for the material. Check that the extension bar is fully seated.

Reduce the drilling pressure. Check the core drill for damage and ensure the material being drilled is suitable for the core drill.
