FAQs
What are the dimensions of the storage box?
The product information describes it as a 'medium' size, suitable for small items. Specific dimensions are not provided in the product details.
Is the entire box made of ceramic?
No, the box features a white ceramic lid and a natural wooden base.
Can the ceramic lid be used as a separate dish?
The lid is designed to fit the base for storage purposes. While it could potentially be used separately, its primary function is as a cover for the wooden base.
Is this box suitable for outdoor use?
This storage box is intended for indoor use. Exposure to moisture and varying temperatures outdoors could damage the wood and ceramic components.
How should I store jewelry in this box?
You can place jewelry directly inside, or use small pouches or dividers to further organize items and prevent scratching.
Will the wood base absorb odors?
Natural wood can potentially absorb odors over time, especially if exposed to strong-smelling items. Regular cleaning and airing out can help mitigate this.
Troubleshooting
Ceramic lid is stained
Gently clean with a soft cloth and mild soap diluted in water. Rinse with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. For stubborn stains, a paste of baking soda and water can be carefully applied and gently wiped off.
Wood base shows water marks
Wipe the affected area with a dry cloth immediately. For minor marks, a specialized wood cleaner or a very lightly damp cloth followed by immediate drying may help. Avoid soaking the wood.
Box feels unstable
Ensure the box is placed on a flat, even surface. Check that the ceramic lid is properly seated on the wooden base.
