A cult favorite, the Pilot G-Tec-C4 is an ultra-fine rollerball pen perfect for precise writing, detailed illustration, graphs, and drawings. Its 0.4mm rollerball lays down a 0.2mm line of vivid gel color without spreading, thanks to advanced bio-polymer ink. Available in ten colors, the four best-selling shades are also refillable. This pen is ideal for diary entries, accounting, editing, proof-reading, annotations (especially in bibles), cricket scoring, correcting navigation charts, filling out forms, and even marking acupuncture points. In some markets, the G-Tec-C4 is known as the Hi-Tec-C, featuring the same pen and ink. The 0.4mm ballpoint tip is achieved through a 3-dimple support system, where the carbide alloy ball is held by three indentations in the stainless steel tip, reducing wear and allowing for smoother rotation, resulting in a 0.2mm stroke width. The bio-polymer ink, made from a yeast-like microorganism, is highly viscous in storage but thins during writing due to ball rotation, quickly regaining viscosity on paper to ensure a clear, non-spreading line.
