This model is designed for propane. Conversion to natural gas is not typically supported and would require specific conversion kits not usually offered.

Allow the grates to cool completely. Use a grill brush to remove food residue. For tougher spots, a mild soap and water solution with a non-abrasive sponge can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying.

Ensure the propane tank is connected properly and the valve is open. Check that the SureFire® ignition button is being pressed firmly. Verify the igniter module is properly seated.

While TRU-Infrared™ minimizes flare-ups, excessive fat can still cause them. Trim excess fat from meats and ensure food is not placed directly over grease drippings.
