Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install the system, ensure you have a spirit level, a drill, and a fine-toothed hacksaw for trimming components to length. First, measure your landing and stair run carefully, marking where the brackets will be placed on the wall. When trimming rails, use a fine-toothed hacksaw to prevent splintering the finish. Always ensure that the support brackets are anchored into wall studs for maximum stability. For compatibility, this kit functions exclusively with 40mm Edstone parts; attempting to mix with other profiles may result in an improper fit. Maintenance is simple: wipe down the surface periodically with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as these can scratch or dull the white finish.
