The book contains 50 sets of duplicate receipts.
Yes, the book includes 2 blue carbon sheets for use when duplicating records.
Yes, while labeled as a cash receipt book, the fields are flexible enough to record checks, bank transfers, or card payments.
The book measures 150mm x 105mm.
The carbon sheets are designed for multiple uses, but they will eventually lose their transfer quality and should be replaced once the ink is depleted.
Apply firmer pressure with your pen or ensure the carbon sheet is placed with the inked side facing down.
Fold the perforation line back and forth once to loosen the fibers before pulling gently to ensure a clean tear.
Ensure you have used enough moisture on the gummed strip and press firmly against the target surface for five seconds.
Setup requires no technical configuration; simply store the carbon sheets safely inside the book cover when not in use to keep them from staining other surfaces. Keep the book in a cool, dry place to prevent the carbon sheets from drying out or the gummed edge from activating prematurely due to humidity. To preserve the integrity of the carbon paper, avoid folding the sheets excessively. If the carbon transfer becomes faint, ensure you are writing with a firm ballpoint pen and that the sheet is positioned correctly within the duplicate sequence.
