Troubleshooting

Camera won't turn on.

Check the battery and ensure it's properly inserted and charged. If the battery is low, charge it using the USB-C port or an external charger. Also, ensure the power switch is in the 'on' position.

Images are blurry.

Check the focus settings and ensure the lens is properly focused. Try using a different autofocus mode or manually focusing. Also, verify that the image stabilization is turned on, if needed. If shooting in low light, use a tripod or increase the ISO.

Autofocus is not working correctly.

Ensure that the subject is within the autofocus range. Clean the lens and check for obstructions. Select the appropriate AF mode for the shooting situation. In some cases, resetting the camera settings may help.

Video recording is not starting.

Make sure you have selected the video mode on the mode dial. Verify there is enough space on the memory card. Confirm the battery is sufficiently charged. Check the video settings to ensure they are compatible with the desired recording mode.

Camera is not connecting to a smartphone.
