The Buckingham Elite Frying Pan is an ideal choice for home chefs and culinary enthusiasts who prioritize durability and consistent thermal performance in their cookware. Its tri-clad stainless steel construction provides superior heat distribution and induction compatibility, ensuring a professional sear on proteins and perfect vegetable sautéing; however, users should note that as a stainless steel pan without a non-stick coating, it requires proper heat management and seasoning to prevent food from sticking.

Yes, the pan features an outer magnetic stainless steel base specifically designed for induction compatibility.
No, the pan is completely free of chemical coatings, offering a pure stainless steel cooking surface.
Yes, the pan is oven-safe, making it suitable for finishing dishes that require high-heat baking.
Use the 'Leidenfrost effect' test: drop a bead of water on the pan; if it dances, the pan is ready for oil and food.
The riveted stay-cool handle is designed for stovetop use, but please use caution and oven mitts when removing it from the oven.
Ensure the pan is properly preheated before adding oil. If food sticks, lower the heat or add a small amount of liquid to deglaze.
This is typically caused by high heat or mineral deposits. Clean with a mixture of vinegar and water or a specialized stainless steel cleanser.
Ensure the pan is centered on the burner and that the flames do not extend up the sides of the pan.
Before first use, wash the pan in warm soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. To maintain the stainless steel finish, avoid using abrasive steel wool, which can scratch the surface. While the pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to preserve the polished appearance of the exterior. Always allow the pan to cool completely before submerging it in water to prevent potential thermal shock. For tough, stuck-on food, soak the pan in warm soapy water or use a stainless steel cleaner to restore the sheen.
