Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Remove the old grip or overgrip from your racket handle.
- Clean the handle surface to ensure it is free from dust and debris.
- Peel off the protective backing from the adhesive strip on the Karakal grip.
- Starting from the butt cap, carefully wrap the grip around the handle, ensuring even tension and overlap. The tapered end should align with the end of the handle.
- Secure the end of the grip with the provided finishing tape (if included) or by tucking it firmly.
Compatibility:
This grip is designed with a universal length, making it compatible with all types of rackets, including tennis, badminton, squash, and pickleball. Its self-adhesive nature ensures it adheres well to various handle materials.
Care:
To maintain the grip's performance:
- Wipe the grip with a slightly damp cloth after play to remove sweat and dirt.
- Avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals, as they can degrade the material.
- Allow the grip to air dry completely if it becomes wet.
- Store your racket in a dry place to prevent moisture damage to the grip.
