No, the S60ZBTPG is a Zigbee device and requires a compatible Zigbee gateway to connect to your network.
The app currently supports daily, weekly, and monthly tracking. For long-term data, it is recommended to export your logs from the app regularly.
Local schedules saved to the device will continue to function, but remote control via the app will be unavailable until the connection is restored.
No, this device is designed for indoor use only and should not be exposed to moisture or extreme outdoor temperatures.
If the device triggers an overload shutdown, you may receive a notification within the eWeLink app depending on your alert settings.
Ensure your Zigbee hub is online and within range. Perform a factory reset by holding the power button for 5 seconds until the LED blinks.
Check if the overload protection has been triggered by a high-draw appliance; ensure the total load does not exceed the plug's rated capacity.
Ensure the S60ZBTPG is not placed behind large metal objects or inside cabinets that could block the signal, as this hinders its repeater function.
To begin, ensure your Zigbee hub is powered and updated. In the eWeLink app, select the option to add a new device and put your hub into 'Pairing Mode'. Press and hold the power button on the S60ZBTPG until the indicator light flashes, signaling it is ready to join the network.
This device is compatible with most Zigbee-based hubs and platforms that support standard Zigbee protocols. For care, keep the plug in dry indoor environments and avoid plugging in devices that exceed the manufacturer's specified maximum current rating. Periodically wipe the exterior with a dry cloth to keep the vents clear of dust.
