The Citizen Eco-Drive 365 (43mm, Black) is designed for the environmentally conscious individual who appreciates precision, reliability, and timeless design in a timepiece. Its key benefit is the revolutionary Calibre E365 Eco-Drive movement, offering an impressive 365-day power reserve on a full charge. A potential caveat for some users may be the 43mm dial size, which could be perceived as large by those preferring smaller watches. This watch exemplifies Citizen's century-long dedication to watchmaking innovation, blending advanced sustainable technology with enduring style.

The Calibre E365 Eco-Drive movement is designed to run for up to 365 days (one year) on a full charge.
No, the Eco-Drive technology is powered by light, so you will not need to replace the battery. The rechargeable power cell is designed to last for many years.
Both natural sunlight and artificial light sources can charge the watch. Sunlight is generally more efficient, but regular exposure to indoor lighting is sufficient for maintaining the charge.
When exposed to light, the second hand will typically move normally (in one-second intervals). If the power is very low, the second hand may jump in two-second intervals, indicating it needs more light exposure.
Please check the specific water resistance rating printed on the case back of your watch. Many Citizen Eco-Drive watches have water resistance suitable for swimming or showering, but always avoid operating the crown or pushers while underwater.
Some Eco-Drive models feature a power reserve indicator that allows you to check the remaining charge level. This is usually displayed by the second hand moving in two-second intervals when the charge is low.
The watch needs to be charged. Expose it to a light source for at least 30 minutes, preferably direct sunlight or a bright lamp, for several hours. Ensure the power reserve indicator (if applicable on your specific model) is not at its lowest point.
This indicates a low power reserve. Place the watch in a bright light source to charge it fully. The hand will return to normal 1-second intervals once sufficiently charged.
Ensure the watch has been fully charged. If the issue persists after charging, contact an authorized Citizen service center for inspection, as the movement may require servicing.
