You can gently clean the hair with a damp cloth and a very mild soap, but do not submerge the head in water as it can trap moisture inside.
The styling head is designed to be stable, so it does not tilt or rotate on its own, making it easier for younger children to hold it steady while working.
Yes, the hair clips and bands included are standard sizes and can be used on other dolls or for small crafts.
No, the hair is synthetic and should not be used with heated styling tools like curling irons or hair dryers.
The styling head is designed in France and manufactured in China, meeting all relevant safety certifications.
Use a detangling spray designed for synthetic doll hair and gently brush from the bottom up in small sections.
The vanilla scent is part of the manufacturing process and may naturally diminish; store the item in a closed box when not in use to preserve the fragrance for longer.
Setting up the styling head is straightforward: simply remove it from the box and organize the included accessories. The head does not require batteries or any assembly.
