The Avilo 800 Durable Cable Ties with Integrated Cutting Tool is an essential organizational solution for DIY enthusiasts, homeowners, and workshop managers looking to manage cable clutter effectively. These ties offer a high-strength, weather-resistant way to secure everything from garage wiring to garden nets, providing a professional finish with the help of the included tensioning and cutting tool. While the massive 800-piece count is perfect for large projects, users should be prepared to store the excess inventory in a dry, cool environment to maintain plastic integrity over time.

Yes, they are designed to be weather-resistant, though consistent long-term exposure to intense direct sunlight should be minimized to preserve flexibility.
The cutting tool is designed to work specifically with the included ties; while standard wire cutters can be used as a backup, the integrated tool is tailored for the best flush-cut results.
These are perfect for cable management and bundling, but ensure they do not interfere with electrical safety codes or heat-producing components.
The ties are made from high-strength, industrial-grade plastic chosen for its durability and tension retention.
These are standard locking cable ties designed for a single-use application. To remove them, you would typically cut the tie.
Ensure the serrated side of the tie is facing the internal locking tooth of the head.
Ensure the tie is pulled tight and the tool is positioned flush against the tie head before applying pressure.
To achieve the best results, ensure the locking head is fully engaged before using the cutting tool. No external power or complex setup is required; the manual tensioning tool is ready to use immediately upon opening the package. For storage, keep the remaining cable ties in their original packaging or a sealed container away from direct sunlight, as UV exposure over many years can make nylon materials brittle. If used outdoors, inspect the ties annually to ensure they remain taut, especially if securing heavy equipment or garden structures.
