Troubleshooting

No image on the display

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up the device, simply plug your HDMI source cables into the input/output ports as required. Ensure that you are using high-quality HDMI cables to maintain signal integrity, especially for 4K content. The device is compatible with modern gaming consoles, Blu-ray players, streaming sticks, and computers. To care for your switcher, keep it in a cool, dry place and avoid placing heavy objects on the chassis. Since it relies on the power provided through the HDMI cables, ensure all connected devices are fully plugged into their respective power sources for the best signal stability.
