The manufacturing process involves leaf preparation, bending, heat treatment, shot peening, assembling, presetting, and surface treatment to ensure strength and corrosion protection. ROC leaf springs are made to the highest standard from top-quality steel in an ISO9001 environment, inspected and tested before delivery, and produced to OEM standards. For safety and OE handling, it's recommended to replace leaf springs in axle pairs and follow a recognised repair manual for replacement. Always replace U-bolts (spring clamps) and ensure they are properly tightened to the correct torque, as any breakage between the U-bolts will be due to insufficient tightening and not covered by warranty.
