PRECISION CUTTING The tips are polished to an 800 grit for precise cutting and a fine finish, making it perfect for professional milling. PTFE COATING The router bit is coated with PTFE non stick material to reduce friction, minimize resin build-up and extend tool life, allowing for smooth, efficient cutting. Versatile long shank: the longer shank makes this cutter versatile with both hand and table routers, and is suitable for a variety of applications. SAFETY K-MARK: For safety, the tool includes a K-mark to correctly position the cutter shaft, prevent unintentional ejections and optimize grip in the chuck. The classic method of producing cabinet panelled door and drawer fronts is made easy with these Profile Scriber sets. With the combination type, components are re-arranged on the arbor to cut the profile or the scribe. Cuts both parts of the joint by only changing the cutter height. No reassembly of the tool is required so saving time. Router table use only. 1/4 inch and 8mm shanks should only be used with a medium or heavy duty router. For certain routers the aperture in the base may need to be enlarged. A workholding device should be used when cutting the scribe cut on the rail ends. The cutting edges should be staggered to each other. When using Easyset cutters take several passes.
