Troubleshooting

Bubbles or air pockets appearing after hanging

Gently smooth out the bubbles towards the nearest edge with a wallpaper brush or seam roller while the paste is still wet. If the paste has dried, carefully prick the bubble with a fine needle and press down.

Color variation between rolls

This can occur if rolls are from different batch numbers. Always check that all purchased rolls have the same batch number before starting. If variations are found, contact the retailer immediately.

Wallpaper is difficult to smooth onto the wall

Ensure the correct type and amount of wallpaper adhesive is used for heavyweight paper. Check that the paste has been applied evenly and allowed to book correctly. The wall surface should also be properly prepared and free from dust or imperfections.

Edge of wallpaper lifting after drying

Apply a small amount of wallpaper adhesive to the lifted edge using a fine brush and press it back onto the wall. Use a seam roller for a secure finish. Ensure the wall surface is not too porous or too smooth.
