Marxman Professional Marking Tools - CDU of 30

Each Marxman Professional Marking Tool contains enough pigment for over 250 bursts of marking.

The Standard tool is designed for marking locations for fixings up to 45mm deep. The Deep Hole tool features a special nozzle that shoots pigment further and more accurately, recommended for jobs with fixing holes exceeding 45mm, such as fence posts.

While the pigment is designed to adhere, marking on very wet surfaces may reduce clarity and longevity. It's best to mark on dry or slightly damp surfaces for best results.

The pigment is designed to be visible for planning and should be removable. However, on porous surfaces, if left for an extended period, it may become more difficult to remove completely.

While it might technically work, the Deep Hole tool's specialized nozzle is designed for longer distances (over 45mm). Using it for shorter distances may result in less accurate or wider marks than intended.

Store them in a cool, dry place with the cap securely on to prevent the tip from drying out and to protect it.

They can mark a wide variety of surfaces including brick, metal, wood, concrete, plaster, pebbledash, porcelain, and ceramic.

Ensure the tip is clean and free from debris. Press firmly and directly onto the surface. For the Deep Hole tool, confirm you are marking at a distance greater than 45mm for optimal function. The tool may be nearing the end of its lifespan if over 250 bursts have been used.

Allow a few seconds for the pigment to set on the surface, especially on very smooth or non-porous materials. Avoid touching the mark immediately after application.

Gently try to clear the nozzle opening with a soft brush or a blast of compressed air. Do not insert sharp objects into the nozzle, as this may cause damage.
