Makeup appears cakey or heavy after application.

Use less product and tap off excess powder from the puff before applying. Ensure your skin is well-moisturized before application.

Powder doesn't seem to set makeup effectively.

Make sure you are using enough product. Use the included Velour Puff to press the powder onto your skin with a rolling motion. Ensure your foundation and concealer are fully set before applying the powder.
