The Milescraft CircleGuideKit™ is designed for cutting circles with diameters ranging from 1-1/2” (38mm) to 52” (1320mm). It features a TurnLock™ base plate compatible with most routers for quick jig setup and includes a bonus Offset Base for finishing workpiece edges. For best results, use a plunge router. Key features include a sturdy aluminum beam with built-in imperial and metric scales for easy alignment, an easy readout window for setting cut diameters, and a 13” Offset Base for added stability. The TurnLock™ technology enables fast, tool-free exchanges of guide bushings and router attachments with a thumb-activated lock/release mechanism for enhanced speed and safety. The TurnLock™ base plate accepts all Milescraft® bushings. The small jig cuts diameters from 1-1/2″ to 12″ (38-305mm), while the large jig cuts from 10″ to 52″ (254-1320mm). The kit includes a small circle jig, a large circle jig, an offset base, a TurnLock™ base plate, a 6.35mm straight router bit with an 8mm shank, a 3/32” brad point drill bit, a 5/8” long metal nose bushing, bushing and mounting hardware, a 6.35 and 12.7mm centring pin, a 6x8x12mm centring pin, and six mounting screws.
