Features EASY 1.2.3 Patent Pending setup for accurate cuts. Simply mark your cut line using your square, line up the line with the window in the jig, and make your cut. No more spacing from the back end of the jig. The jig offers FRONT EDGE SETTING for all adjustments, eliminating discrepancies with non-standard width worktops using Sight Line Technology Window. It has an EASY SET REFERENCE WINDOW for fast set up for any backset by aligning to a measured line. There are 5 BACKSET OPTIONS (3, 5, 10, 24, 35mm) to meet various material and edge profile demands. The jig can be set up as 300mm, 750mm, or 900mm and breaks down to 35cm x 35cm x 6cm for easy storage and portability. It includes 2 x SEPARATE 3/4" BSP/Door Hinge & Dog Hole jigs. It offers FLUSH EDGE COMPATABILITY for handleless contemporary styles without additional measuring. The jig allows for SINGLE PASS JOINT CUTTING on narrower backsets with thinner worktops, minimizing strain on the router. It provides FAST JOINTING, cutting a full male and female joint in 15 minutes including setup. It is compatible with multiple worktop materials including Compact laminate, Composite, Solid Wood, and Chipboard Laminate. There is NO SET WORKTOP WIDTH RESTRICTION, eliminating the need for alignment pins. The setup is described as frustration-free with simple, intuitive steps. It features OFFSET CAMS for consistent, easy setting and EDGE PROFILE COMPATABILITY for square edge, small radius, Postform radius, and bullnose profiles. It also has CLAMP RECESSES for below-the-surface clamping. Engraved markings provide clear reference. The jig comes with 6 Fasteners, 4 ABS Plastic Pins, 4 Backset Pins, and a Spanner. Specifications include Length - 985 mm, Width - 335 mm, Thickness - 12 mm, End Cut - 45 degrees, Corner Radius - 40 mm, 100 mm, 400 mm, and 45 degrees Corner Mitre Joint. Female cut material width loss is variable. It has 3 Bolt recesses with 175 + 175 mm centres and 14 mm width. A 30 mm guide bush and 1/2-inch plunge router (min. 1300 watts) are required but not included. A 12.7 mm x 50 mm cutter and two clamps are also not included. The weight of the jig is 4.73 kg.
