Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Attaching the Backing Pad: Screw the appropriate backing pad (125mm or 150mm) onto the spindle of the polisher. Ensure it's securely tightened.
- Connecting to Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
- Applying Polishing Compound: Apply the desired polishing compound to the polishing pad, following the compound manufacturer's instructions.
- Starting the Polisher: Turn on the polisher and adjust the speed using the digital display.
Compatibility
The Autojack polisher is compatible with most standard polishing pads and compounds. Ensure the pads are compatible with dual-action polishers. Always check the compound manufacturer's recommendations for pad type.
Care
- After each use, clean the polishing pads to remove any residue.
- Store the polisher in a clean and dry place.
- Inspect the power cord for any damage before each use.
- Do not use excessive force or pressure when polishing.
- Regularly clean the polisher's housing with a damp cloth.
