The Equilibrium Hind and Hock Magnetic Chaps are specifically designed to help horses suffering from stiffness and arthritis, particularly in the hock joint. Ergonomically shaped to allow Vitaflex® magnets to be placed directly at the lower part of the hock joint, the common location for hock arthritis. Contains 4 clinical grade, VITAflex® magnets. Suitable for use in the stable overnight or through the day. Comes with a 2-year product warranty. These chaps support mobility, aid joint function, and maintain healthy tendons. They include 4 movable Vitaflex® magnets that can be placed where your horse needs them. Use them overnight as part of your horse's daily routine for maintaining leg health or as an alternative to stable bandages to keep legs and joints warm and maintain circulation. Ideal for ridden horses, veterans, or horses on box rest/standing for long periods. They can also be used with Equilibrium® Hot & Cold Packs. The unique design allows magnets to be placed anywhere from the coronet band up to and including the hock joint, ensuring they stay in place even overnight. The ergonomic shape and soft inner lining ensure a comfortable fit for extended wear. Vitaflex® magnets are designed to be thin and flat yet flexible, molding to the horse's legs for optimal comfort. Supplied in a pouch, they attach with hook and loop fasteners for precise placement. Magnetic fields are believed to sustain good blood flow, potentially optimizing leg health, supporting joint mobility and function, and maintaining strong tendons. They are recommended for daily use in maintaining leg health, overnight or during the day when standing, for horses in work from hacking to competition, for horses returning to work or retraining, for older horses or those slow to warm up, and for horses on box rest or limited turnout.
