Lumatic Telescopic Hand Grease Gun - NGUS

The Lumatic NGUS is designed for standard lubricating greases. Always refer to your equipment's manual for the recommended grease type and viscosity.

You can load the 125cc gun by either using a standard grease cartridge inserted into the barrel or by manually packing the barrel with bulk grease after removing the end cap.

The telescopic design allows the body of the grease gun to extend, providing increased leverage for easier operation and potentially a more comfortable grip during use.

It's good practice to wipe the exterior clean after each use. For internal maintenance, refer to specific lubrication guidelines, but generally, ensure it's clean before loading fresh grease and store it properly to prevent contamination.

The Lumatic NGUS has a capacity of 125cc.

The universal connector is designed to fit standard grease fittings. While it offers broad compatibility, extremely worn or non-standard fittings may present issues.

Ensure the barrel is properly loaded with grease and the end cap is securely tightened. Check if the air bleeder valve (if applicable) needs to be opened. Operate the handle steadily to prime the pump. Ensure the universal connector is properly seated on the grease fitting.

Verify that the barrel end cap is fully tightened. Inspect the seal or gasket at the end cap for damage and replace if necessary.

Check for blockages in the grease path or a clogged fitting. Ensure the grease being used is suitable for the ambient temperature; very cold grease can be stiff. The telescopic mechanism might require cleaning and light lubrication.

Clean the grease fitting on the equipment and the inside of the connector. Inspect the connector for damage or wear. Ensure a firm, straight connection is made.
