The Gutermann Pure Silk thread is synonymous with quality and luxury, perfect for both hand and machine sewing. It's ideal for fine closing seams, ornamental stitches, decorative seams, overlock and safety seams, buttonholes, and sewing on buttons. This soft and supple thread is tear and abrasion resistant, elastic, extendible, light resistant, and colour fast. Recommended needle size is Universal 80. It is made from 100% silk and can be washed at 40 degrees. Care instructions: Do not bleach, do not tumble dry, and iron on a moderately hot setting. This specific variant is R 753 and comes in 30m length in the colour 722 Beige.
