The Neewer TP29 Tabletop Mini Tripod is an essential tool for content creators, vloggers, and photographers who require a portable yet stable support system for cameras, smartphones, and action cameras. Its standout benefit is the combination of a robust metal build and a versatile 360-degree ball head, offering professional stability in a pocket-sized package. While it excels in portability and tabletop use, users should be aware that its low-profile stature limits its reach for eye-level shots without an additional platform.

No, the Neewer TP29 does not include a phone mount. You will need a standard 1/4-inch threaded phone clamp to attach a smartphone.
It can hold up to 3 kg (6.6 lbs), so it will support many DSLR and lens combinations, provided they stay within the weight limit and the center of gravity is balanced.
No, the legs are fixed in length and do not telescope.
The ball head is generally integrated to maintain the compact design of the unit.
Yes, the ball head has a notch that allows you to tilt the camera 90 degrees into a portrait (vertical) orientation.
Check the locking knob to ensure it is tightened firmly. If it is already tight, verify that there is no debris between the ball and the housing.
Ensure the rubber feet are clean and free of dust, which can reduce grip. Placing the tripod on a textured mat can also provide extra friction.
To set up your device, screw your camera or tripod mount directly onto the 1/4-inch threaded stud on the ball head. Ensure the locking knob on the ball head is tightened securely once you have chosen your desired angle to prevent creeping. The tripod is compatible with any device featuring a standard 1/4-inch female thread. To maintain the tripod, simply wipe down the metal legs with a dry cloth after use in dusty or sandy environments. Avoid using lubricants on the ball head, as this can attract grit and impede the locking mechanism. Ensure the locking knob is fully loose before adjusting the angle to avoid stripping the internal components.
