The Leaf Aztec Vase Planter is an ideal choice for homeowners and interior decorators looking to add a rustic, artisanal touch to their indoor plant collection. Its primary benefit is its versatile, durable fibreglass composite construction that bridges the gap between modern and traditional aesthetic styles. A key caveat to keep in mind is that the unit does not feature pre-drilled drainage holes, meaning it is best suited for indoor use or sheltered outdoor environments where water runoff can be managed.

No, the Leaf Aztec Vase Planter does not have drainage holes, making it perfect for indoor use to prevent water leakage.
Yes, but only in a sheltered position. We recommend keeping it out of extreme weather conditions to maintain the finish.
The inner hole diameter is 13cm, so it will accommodate most standard nursery pots that are 13cm or slightly smaller.
No, it is constructed from a fibreglass composite, which makes it significantly lighter and easier to move than traditional stone or ceramic alternatives.
Because there is no drainage, planting directly into the vase is not recommended as it may cause water to collect at the bottom, which can harm your plant roots.
Use a nursery pot inside the planter and remove the plant to water it in a sink or bathtub, allowing it to drain fully before returning it to the decorative vase.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a compressed air canister to gently dislodge dust from the intricate design details.
Setting up your planter is straightforward. Simply ensure you have a standard nursery pot that fits the 13cm inner diameter. If you are using the planter for artificial plants, you can use floral foam or gravel to weigh down the base and secure your arrangement.
To care for your planter, wipe it down periodically with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust from the textured surface. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive scouring pads, as these can damage the intentional rustic, hand-finished aesthetic. If you choose to use the item outdoors, bring it inside during winter months or severe weather to preserve the integrity of the finish.
