Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first use, wash the pan with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. When cooking, it is recommended to use silicone or wooden utensils to protect the ceramic surface, as sharp metal tools can compromise the coating over time.
- Stovetop Compatibility: Use on any burner that matches the diameter of the pan base for best heat efficiency.
- Temperature Control: Use low to medium heat settings. High heat is generally unnecessary due to the efficient thermal conductivity of the aluminum base and can shorten the life of the nonstick coating.
- Cleaning: While the pan is dishwasher-safe, hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended to maintain the finish and nonstick effectiveness for as long as possible. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads.
