Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These are bootfoot waders, meaning the boots are integrated. Simply put them on as you would a pair of trousers with attached boots. Ensure the boot is fully on and the fit is comfortable before entering the water.
Compatibility: Designed for use in freshwater and saltwater environments. The integrated boot offers grip on most common bankside surfaces including grass, mud, sand, and gravel.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, rinse the waders thoroughly with fresh water, both inside and out, to remove dirt, salt, and any debris. Use a damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Avoid using harsh detergents or solvents.
- Drying: Always air dry the waders completely, preferably hanging them from the suspenders or bib to allow air circulation within the boots and legs. Do not tumble dry or expose to direct heat, as this can damage the breathable membrane.
- Storage: Store the waders in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Avoid folding them tightly; hanging is the best option to prevent creases that could compromise the membrane.
