Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your Limnophila sessiliflora, gently remove it from the Tropica pot. If the plant is dense, you can carefully divide the portion into smaller stems. Plant the stems directly into your substrate, ensuring the roots are covered but the base of the stem is not buried too deeply. This plant is compatible with most freshwater aquarium setups. It prefers medium light intensity. While it grows without added CO2, supplementing with CO2 will significantly improve growth rate and fullness. Regular pruning is recommended to maintain shape and encourage bushier growth. Fertilization with a liquid or substrate fertilizer will also benefit its health. Change water regularly as part of standard aquarium maintenance.
